and the end is very near

If the outbreak of the potentially deadly virus is in West Africa, why are funeral homes in America being given guidelines? The three-page list of recommendations include instructing funeral workers to wear protective equipment when dealing with the remains since Ebola can be transmitted in postmortem care. It also instructs to avoid autopsies and embalming. Alysia English is Executive Director of the Georgia Funeral Directors Association, the oldest and largest funeral association in Georgia. Georgia is comprised of 700 funeral homes and 2,000 funeral directors. CBS46 asked English if Georgians should be alarmed by these guidelines. “Absolutely not. In fact, if they weren’t hearing about it, they should be a whole lot more concerned,” said English. She said Georgia has one of the country’s most thorough public health plans. That includes detailed planning for all hazards such as floods and the flu. “If you were in the middle of a flood or gas leak, that’s not the time to figure out how to turn it off. You want to know all of that in advance. This is no different,” said English. –CBS46

disrespect in the highest form

Now The End Begins See The Incredible Disrepect As Obama Sneers And Salutes With Coffee Cup In Hand by NTEB News Desk Jimmy Carter was an incredibly weak man and a bad president but you never sensed he hated America "Better is a poor and a wise child than an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished." Ecclesiastes 4:13 Actually, we are at a loss for words on this one. Watch as Obama, America's Commander-in-chief, shows nothing but contempt and disrespect for not only the office that he holds, but for the troops that he commands as well. See him as he sneers, looks down at the ground, never removing his Chicago "thug life" sunglasses as he contemptuously fires off a forced salute of the Marines who are there to guard his life. //instagram.com/p/tS-kCoD9l2/embed/ So there should be no wondering why Obama's presidency is not respected, how could it be? With every move he makes and with every word that comes out of his mouth we hear his "message" loud and clear. He hates America. He never even put down the coffee cup.

64 Rapture Ready Reasons – You Must Be Ready

Some hold that this One Coming is simply for taking the believers home to heaven, with a judgment to follow. Those who hold to the Rapture of the Church are far more careful to observe what the Bible says in context. They can observe the simple fact that there is a difference between up and down. Believers go up to meet Christ in the air. The Second Coming is indeed truly a “coming” of the Lord down to the earth physically to establish the millennial kingdom promised to the Old Testament prophets. Below is a list of verses and points, as shown in the Bible, highlighting the difference between the Rapture and the Second Coming of the Lord to reign on earth. Some wonder why there is a heated discussion about this issue. It is important for the following reasons: 1.First, if the Rapture truly is in Scripture, that is enough to make it important. In other words, every doctrine the Lord has given us has a purpose and is important, simply because He has given it to us! 2.The Rapture is called the Blessed Hope. It promises redemption from the terrible seven year Tribulation so detailed in the book of Revelation. 3.Generally speaking, those who deny the Rapture of the Church interpret the Bible in a “spiritualized” or “allegorical” way. They also fail to consider “contexts.” They deny certain passages of Scripture in the normal sense. By letting the Bible speak plainly in its teachings to us, we honor the Lord. We take His Word at face value! Some general rules to note: 1.Rapture passages are addressed to believers in the body of Christ. They are verses that speak of going directly back or up to the Lord in heaven. 2.Second Coming passages have to do with the Lord coming down to earth to bless Israel, judge the nations, and rule the earth with a scepter of iron! Comparison Of Rapture And Second Coming Verses: Rapture: Christ prepares a place for us and takes us back to heaven. “I will come again and receive you to Myself” (John 14:1-3). Second Coming: Coming to reign and rule in Jerusalem, Christ’s feet touch upon the Mt. of Olives. “In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount will split in its middle” (Zech. 14:4). Rapture: Christ prepares a place in heaven. “I go to prepare a place for you” (John 14:2). Second Coming: Christ becomes a ruling king on earth. “The Lord will be king over all the earth” (Zech. 14:9). Rapture: The Church is with the Lord in heaven. “Where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:3). Second Coming: The Jewish people are with their king on earth. “And people will live in [Jerusalem], and there will be no more curse, for Jerusalem will dwell in security” (Zech. 14:11). Rapture: Announced by the trumpet of God (1 Thess. 4:16). Second Coming: Announced simply by a great trumpet (but not called the trumpet of God) (Matt. 24:31). Rapture: Those “in Christ” are gathered “to meet the Lord in the air” (1 Thess. 4:17). Second Coming: The “elect” gathered (of Jews and the nations) (Matt. 24:31) to come before the king on His earthly throne (Matt. 25:31). Rapture: The Lord descends from heaven with a shout (1 Thess. 4:16). Second Coming: The Lord does not shout (Scripture gives no indication of such). Rapture: The voice of the archangel is heard (1 Thess. 4:16). Second Coming: Many angels sound a great trumpet but their voices are not heard (Matt. 24:31). Rapture: No sign given for His coming. Second Coming: A sign is given (Matt. 24:30). Rapture: Called the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess. 5:9). Second Coming: Called the Son of Man. A distinct messianic term used to describe the earthly Davidic king who shall reign in Jerusalem (Matt. 24:30). Rapture: Comforting words for the Church. The Church will not mourn. “Comfort one another with these words” (1 Thess. 4:18). Second Coming: The nation of Israel will mourn. “Those who pierced Him will mourn” (Rev. 1;7). Rapture: The Scriptures do not indicate that the lost of the world will see His Rapture coming. Second Coming: The entire world will see the Son of Man coming. “All the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky” (Matt. 24:30). Rapture: The Church saints (those in Christ) will be caught up alive “to be together (with the resurrected Church saints) in the clouds” (1 Thess. 4:17). Second Coming: The Messiah, the Son of Man, comes with the clouds (Matt. 24:30) to gather the elect to the place of His earthly throne (25:31). Rapture: Christ’s power is not necessarily displayed openly to the world. Second Coming: He comes “with power and great glory” as the Son of Man to rule on earth (Matt. 24:31). Rapture: Called the Day of Christ (Phil. 1:6, 10; 2:16). Day of blessing for the believer. Second Coming: Called the Day of the Lord (1 Thess. 5:2). Day of judgment for the world, “When they (the world) says ‘Peace and Safety!’ then destruction comes upon them” (v. 3). Rapture: The Day of the Lord. “That day should not overtake you like a thief” (1 Thess. 5:5). Second Coming: The Day of the Lord. “Shall come [on them, the world] like a thief” (1 Thess. 5:2). Rapture: Believers in this Church age will be Raptured out of the Tribulation because they are sons of light, sons of the day (1 Thess. 5:5). Second Coming: Unbelievers left behind to face the Tribulation (the Day of the Lord) because they are of the night, of the darkness (1 Thess. 5:5). Rapture: Believers will be Raptured because they are not destined for wrath (1 Thess. 5:9). Second Coming: Unbelievers will face the Day of the Lord because (implied) they are destined for wrath (1 Thess. 5:9). Rapture: The Dead “in Christ” are raised (1 Thess. 4:16). Second Coming: No mention of the Dead “in Christ” being raised. Rapture: The Rapture takes place with no mention of the issue of sin. Second Coming: The Second Coming of Christ to judge because of the wickedness of the world. Rapture: No mention of Christ coming to rule on earth. Second Coming: Mentions that He comes to establish His earthly kingdom (Matt. 25:31-34). Rapture: No mention of believers “inheriting the kingdom prepared for you” (Matt. 25:34). Second Coming: The righteous “inherit the kingdom” (Matt. 25:34). Rapture: Christ does not do battle with His enemies at the Rapture. Second Coming: Christ does battle with His enemies at His Second Coming (Rev. 19:17-21). Rapture: Christ does not come to earth as a conquering warrior. Second Coming: He comes to earth as a conquering warrior (Rev. 19:11-16). Rapture: He comes as the Head of the Church. Second Coming: He comes as “King of Kings and Lord of Lords” (Rev. 19:16). Rapture: No earthly reign takes place. Second Coming: He reigns for a thousand years (Rev. 20:1-5). Rapture: Those Raptured resurrected are taken up to meet the Lord in the clouds (1 Thess. 4:17). Second Coming: Those in the resurrection at the beginning of the thousand year kingdom, “will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years” (Rev. 20:6). Rapture: When the resurrected Church saints, and we the living Church saints, all together are taken up in the clouds, it is said “we shall always be with the Lord” (1 Thess. 4:17). Therefore, when Jesus comes to reign on earth for one thousand years, the Church Age saints will return with Him. Second Coming: Those resurrected at the beginning of the one thousand year reign are apparently those who died during the great Tribulation (Rev. 20:6). Rapture: Resurrection and Rapture only for “those in Christ.” Second Coming: A resurrection for Old Testament saints, that takes place after the “time of distress” (the Tribulation) (Dan. 12:1-2). Rapture: The unsaved people of the nations are unaffected and unchanged at the Rapture. Second Coming: The nations are judged and/or blessed when the Messiah comes to reign. Rapture: The nation of Israel is left unchanged when the Rapture takes place. Second Coming: The nation of Israel is gathered, judged, and the righteous Jews inter kingdom blessing. Rapture: No herald goes before to announce the Rapture. Second Coming: Elijah comes to announce the coming of the Messiah (Mal. 4:5). Rapture: Can happen at any moment. Second Coming: Comes at the end of the seven year Tribulation. Rapture: Not before revealed that Paul had to reveal (1 Thess. 4:13). That’s why Paul says he must tell believers about the Rapture so that they would not be ignorant of the fact. Second Coming: Throughly revealed in Old Testament promises and by Christ in the Gospels. Rapture: Called a “mystery,” something not before revealed (1 Cor. 15:51). Second Coming: The Second Coming is a well known fact taught throughout the Old Testament prophets. Rapture: Believers are changed (1 Cor. 15:51). Second Coming: Believers are not said to be changed, that is, those who believed during the Tribulation and are alive to enter the kingdom when the Messiah comes. Rapture: Before the Rapture, the believers are called those “in Christ” (1 Thess. 4:16). Second Coming: Those believing who are in the Tribulation (Rev. 6-19) are not called “Church saints” nor “those in Christ.” Rapture: Before the Rapture, the believers are called those “in Christ” (1 Thess. 4:16). Second Coming: Both Jew and Gentile who enter the kingdom in their natural body are never called “the Church” nor “those in Christ.” Rapture: When the Rapture takes place those in Christ are “changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye” (1 Cor. 15:51-52). Second Coming: Though the Second Coming happens quickly, the event is still pictured as something that unfolds over (even) a short period of time. A sign in heaven is given, an earthly gathering takes place, both Jews and Gentile mourn at His coming, He steps onto the Mt. of Olives, He enters the city of Jerusalem. Rapture: When the Rapture and/or the resurrection of “those in Christ” takes place, the believer is given “the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” over the issue of death (1 Cor. 15:57). Second Coming: When the Second Coming takes place, Christ comes as the victorious king and general. Following the kingdom and the Great White Throne Judgment, certainly all saints of all the ages past are given eternal life. But this is not mentioned as such at the Second Coming. Rapture: The exhortation to look for “the glorious appearing” of Christ for His own, the Church (Titus 2:13) loses its significance if the Tribulation must first intervene. Church believers, then, should look for signs. But they are not told to. Rapture: Creation is unchanged. Second Coming: Creation is changed by the blessings of the kingdom (Isa. 65:25). “The wolf and the lamb shall graze together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox, … They shall do no evil or harm in all My holy mountain, says the Lord.” Rapture: At the time of the Rapture, or before, there is no indication that the Church saints will see the antichrist or the “power, signs, and false wonders” of Satan (2 Thess. 2:8-9). Second Coming: After the Rapture and sometime before the Second Coming of Christ, the antichrist will “display himself as being God” in the temple (2 Thess. 2:4; 8-9). Rapture: The Rapture is not the Day of the Lord which holds terror for the world. Second Coming: The Day of the Lord is a terrible event that the believers in the Church do not fear. “Do not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed … to the effect that the day of the Lord has come” (2 Thess. 2:1-2). Rapture: The “coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him” is not the Second Coming (2 Thess. 2:1). Second Coming: The Day of the Lord is “a coming” to earth, not our being gathered to heaven (2 Thess. 2:2). Rapture: Christ is not said to destroy the antichrist “with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming (2 Thess. 2:8). Second Coming: Christ destroys the antichrist at His coming (2 Thess. 2:8). Rapture: The Rapture is not called the Second Coming. Second Coming: This is virtually called the Second Coming in Hebrews 9:28. Christ “shall appear a “Second time” for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him. Rapture: In the Rapture “we” are “caught up” into the clouds (1 Thess. 4:17). “Caught up” in Greek means to suddenly “snatch, jerk away, remove quickly.” Second Coming: This is not said of the Second Coming. Rapture: For those who are now looking for the Rapture, a hope is given and causes a moral purification (1 John 3:2-3). Second Coming: This is not said of those looking for the Second Coming, though that is a glorious event in itself! Proofs of the Imminency of the Rapture Imminency means that Paul taught that the Rapture could happen at any time to those to whom he was writing. The key to Rapture passages is Paul’s use of “we, you, us.” In other words believers now are to look for this catching away! (Sometimes these pronouns are not in the English Bible versions but they are implied in the grammar of the verbs Paul uses.) The “you, we, us” passages addressed to the body of Christ, the Church saints John 14:1-3 I go to prepare a place for you. I will receive you to Myself. Where I am, there you may be also. James 5:7-9 [You] strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. [You] behold, the judge is standing right at the door. 1 Thess. 1:9-10 You wait for His Son from heaven. Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath to come. 1 Thess. 2:17-19 You [our hope], in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming. 1 Thess. 3:13 That [He may] establish your hearts … before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints. 1 Thess. 4:13-18 We who are alive, and remain until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep. We who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds. We shall always be with the Lord. You comfort one another with these words. 1 Thess. 5:1-11 You are not in darkness, that the day [of the Lord] should overtake you like a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness. But since we are of the day, let us be sober. God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation (deliverance) through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thess. 5:23 May the Lord sanctify you … without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thess. 2:1-2 With regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him. [You] be not quickly shaken … to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. 1 Tim. 6:14 You keep the commandment … until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor. 15:51-52 We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. The dead in Christ will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. Phil. 3:20-21 Our citizenship is in heaven. We eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. [Christ] will transform the body of our humble state (or humiliated body). Titus 2:13 [We are] looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus. 1 John 2:28 We may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. 1 John 3:2-3 We know that, when He appears, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him just as He is. Everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. A Key Passage: 1 Thessalonians 1:9-10 1.The Thessalonian church was “serving” and “waiting for God’s Son from heaven.” (They were not just serving; they were not just waiting! They were doing both!) 2.“Jesus who ‘rescues’ us away from the wrath (that is certainly) coming” (Greek) Frances Plante 64 Rapture Ready Reasons – You Must Be Ready. 64 Reasons The Rapture Of The Church Is Not The Second Coming Of Christ To Reign On Earth Those who do not believe in the biblical doctrine of the Rapture of the Church, usually argue that there is only one Coming or return of Christ to the earth to judge the nations. They were doing both!) 2.“Jesus who ‘rescues’ us away from the wrath (that is certainly) coming” (Greek)

alse prophets that affect church members. Defining Prophet Because of the way "prophet" is commonly used, there is a misconception that its basic definition is "someone who foretells the future," but this definition is too narrow. Prophet is better defined as "one who speaks for another." A true prophet, then, is a person who speaks for God, delivering a message that God has ordained him to give. In Exodus 7:1, God tells Moses that Aaron, his brother, would be his (Moses') prophet, even as Moses was God's prophet. Because of Moses' unbelief in God's ability to speak through him, God would speak to Moses, who would tell Aaron what to say to others—Pharaoh in particular (verse 2). It is the function of speaking for another, rather than the miracles they performed or their foretelling of what would befall Egypt, which defined Moses and Aaron as prophets. Frequently, the words a prophet spoke on God's behalf were, in fact, foretelling what would happen later. However, the prophet's essential role was to speak for God, regardless of whether he did any predicting of the future. A prophet expresses the will of God in words, and sometimes he uses signs to back up what he says and to demonstrate God's power behind it. In a similar way, a false prophet also may not be in the business of foretelling the future. A false prophet is simply someone who speaks for another but falsely. False prophets either speak for the wrong god, or they claim to have heard from the true God but do not accurately represent Him or His words. At the very least, they speak out of their own human hearts, but more likely, the "god" they are speaking for is really a demon. It is true that, if a prophet foretells something that fails to come to pass, he is a false prophet (Deuteronomy 18:20-22), but foretelling the future correctly is not the determining factor when looking at false prophets. The real issue is whether one who claims to be representing God and speaking for Him, is doing so accurately or falsely. A prophet may accurately predict an event or demonstrate supernatural power, but if he is leading people away from the true worship of the true God, he is a false prophet. If there arises among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams, and he gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, of which he spoke to you, saying, "Let us go after other gods"—which you have not known—"and let us serve them," you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams, for the Lord your God is testing you to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him. But that prophet or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death, because he has spoken in order to turn you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of bondage, to entice you from the way in which the Lord your God commanded you to walk. So you shall put away the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 13:1-5) This passage begins with the assumption that the prophet does foretell the future accurately or perform some other, humanly impossible work. Nevertheless, if that prophet's central message is to follow after a different god or to take a spiritual path that the true God has not said to take, that person is a false prophet. God states unequivocally that misrepresenting Him incurs the death penalty, and Revelation 19:20 says that this is exactly what happens to the False Prophet: He is thrown into the Lake of Fire. Dodging Moral Teaching The message of the false prophet is contrasted in Deuteronomy 13:3-4 with loving the true God with all of our heart and soul (life), walking after Him, fearing Him, keeping His commandments, obeying His voice, serving Him, and holding fast to Him. These elements indicate what God wants His people to be focused on, helping to define whether a man claiming to speak for God is truly doing so or not. Verse 4 mentions obeying God's voice and keeping His commandments. This is a regular theme with God's true prophets: They always have God's law undergirding their messages. When the Old Testament prophets were sent to warn or inform Israel and Judah, they always pointed out the grievous ways in which the people had transgressed God's law. False prophets, on the other hand, will not hold the moral line that God requires. Lamentations 2:14 says that the false prophets "have not uncovered your iniquity, to bring back your captives, but have envisioned for you false prophecies and delusions." False prophets will not connect the dots between the sinfulness of a nation and national calamity. They instead focus on something other than God's standard of righteousness. This same principle appears in Isaiah 8:19-20. Both houses of Israel were guilty of seeking out mediums and wizards for spiritual guidance, and God's response is very telling: And when they say to you, "Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter," should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living? To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. God gives us a standard by which to measure the words of a prophet: the law and testimony—His Word. If the prophet's message contradicts what is already established as God's Word, it is evidence that he lacks spiritual understanding. If his words do not line up with God's law and testimony, he is not speaking the truth. In summary, the hallmark of a true prophet is his upholding of the law of God, while false prophets dodge moral teaching and instead preach a message that appeals to the masses. God's truth is abhorrent to the natural mind (Romans 8:7), and thus it is quite common for God's prophets to be killed, while the false prophets enjoy widespread popularity and support. The current trend of outcome-based churches serves as a good example. Their leaders preach a widely popular message, and thousands of people follow them. Yet, Jesus says in Luke 6:26, "Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for so did their fathers to the false prophets." Popularity is not a good measurement of God's pleasure with a leader! Jesus Christ, the most perfect Spokesman for God who has ever lived, only had about 120 true followers when His ministry ended (Acts 1:15). This was not due to failure on His part, but because His Father's message could be wholeheartedly believed only by those whose minds God had already prepared to accept it. "Purpose-Driven" church leaders will not preach the unadulterated Word of God because they know it is divisive. It would also thwart their goals of a large following and a large income. Thus, their messages do not involve repentance, sound doctrine, or God's law, except where it may serve to further whatever purpose is driving them. Their messages do not remind people of their moral responsibilities to God and brother, and thus if they claim to speak for God or say that God sent them, we can know from biblical patterns that they are, in fact, false prophets. Their large churches, as amazing as they might seem, are not accurate indicators of God's involvement or blessing. Fruits of False Prophets The apostle Peter, in warning against false prophets, illuminates their characteristics. The entirety of II Peter 2 is about false prophets and false teachers. What sort of message would these men preach? What would be one's impression of God—whom they allegedly spoke for—after watching and listening to such men? » "But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction" (II Peter 2:1). The King James Version calls their heresies damnable, implying that their words—their messages—are destructive to one's faith and relationship with God. "Denying the Lord" does not mean they deny that He lived or died or that He is God, but that their words and conduct are opposed to His fundamental nature. Their lives deny any close contact with Him. » "By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber" (II Peter 2:3). False prophets use human nature's proclivity toward covetousness to make inroads to a person's heart. » ". . . and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries, whereas angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord" (II Peter 2:10-11). False prophets "walk according to the flesh"; their minds are primarily on physical things rather than the true things of God. God is not in all their thoughts (Psalm 10:4). They also despise authority—other than their own—and apparently think themselves superior even to God's angels. They are presumptuous and self-willed, acting out of the dictates of their own hearts (or the influence of a demon) rather than following God with humility and trusting Him to bring His will to pass. » ". . . having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children. They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness . . ." (II Peter 2:14-15). The apostle says false prophets have "eyes full of adultery." While this may apply literally, it can also more generally describe unfaithfulness—a willingness to abandon an agreement if they feel it is in their interest to do so. They also worry little about resisting sin. Their hearts are especially trained in covetousness, and like Balaam, they are willing to do just about anything for personal gain. » "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage" (II Peter 2:19). They promise liberty—freedom, perhaps, from keeping God's law or from persecution or tribulation—but they are themselves enslaved to sin. Not every false prophet will have each of these characteristics, but as generalities, they describe men who are much more concerned about their own situation, well-being, reputation, autonomy, and position than about accurately representing God. We will know these men to be false by the overall fruits they produce, even as they speak clever words that may even contain a degree of truth. This is seen in Jesus' warning in Matthew 7:15-20: Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them. (emphasis ours) Jesus does not spell out what "fruits" to look for, although in the Olivet Prophecy, He does link the deceptions of false prophets with the lawlessness and lack of love that abounds at the end time (Matthew 24:11-13). However, the rest of the Bible elucidates God's character and nature, so we already have the tools to evaluate whether a message allegedly coming from God fits with what His Word reveals about Him. God is not double-minded; He will not contradict Himself. "By Their Words . . ." A false prophet, then, can be anyone who claims to be speaking for God, but whose message is contrary to God. False prophets will not convict people of sin, for they themselves do not feel convicted. While true prophets speak according to God's law and testimony, false prophets speak soft, easy things to make them more popular. They will tell people what they want to hear. A true prophet expresses the will of God with words. Sometimes signs, wonders, and foretelling are involved to add additional weight, but the most important part is the message. A true prophet points people to God and shows people their sins. False prophets point people to almost anything else. If they do try to point people to a god, it will be a different god from the God of the Bible. Whoever they point to, they do it for their own benefit. Many false prophets simply point people to themselves. Their covetousness manifests itself in a desire for power, influence, control, prestige, or importance—the antithesis of being poor in spirit, meek, pure in heart, and mourning over their ungodly weaknesses. The true prophet does not draw attention to himself but to God. If a prophet or teacher spends a great deal of time talking about himself, it is a good indication just who his god is! John the Baptist, the last Old Testament prophet, serves as a positive contrast. He undoubtedly knew what the angel Gabriel told his father, Zacharias (Luke 1:13-17), but there is no record of John promoting this remarkable story. His focus was not on proclaiming who he was, but on doing the work that God had given him to do. The fruit of his life and teaching reveals that he fulfilled the role of Elijah, which Jesus confirms. A false prophet, though, with his covetousness, presumption, and self-will, is more likely to end up spending a good deal of time talking about himself. Other false prophets, like Balaam, are essentially in it only for the money, and so they will do what is necessary to ensure that the gold rolls in. The False Prophet in Revelation points the whole world to another man—the Beast. A true prophet would never suggest that a man be worshipped, with the exception of John the Baptist pointing the people to God's Son, Jesus Christ. John pointed people to a Man who was also God, and thus worthy of worship. Prophets are false when they fail to express God's will accurately, and they fail because they are not in contact with the true God. The fruits of their lives and the meaning behind their words will indicate the source of their teaching. To paraphrase Jesus Christ, by their words they will be justified, or by their words they will be condemned (Matthew 12:37). If the words of a prophet are contrary to Scripture, contrary to God's law, the prophet is false, and worthy of condemnation for leading people astray.

end all these things

1 - Signs of the End? - Readers' Questions Answered It has been a busy September answering readers' questions. The news of ISIS (Islamic State) and Ebola and not to mention Ukraine and Gaza worries many of my readers. It makes for scary, disturbing news. But does it mean the end is nigh? Is this what the end looks like? As usual, I'm here to reassure you from the Bible why all this is just bad news and not bad signs. Q. Ebola - "Is this the 'pestilence' spoken of by Jesus in Matthew 24:7?" A. Jesus did speak of pestilence coming at the end. However, we can be sure it has nothing to do with the current Ebola outbreak or any other isolated plague like that. Here's why: The pestilence Jesus predicted is directly tied to concurrent "famines" and "earthquakes" in "every place" (Mt 24:7 Hebrew). When you study it out, it matches a parallel prophecy of global cataclysm predicted in Revelation 6 - 8 to be caused by the undiscovered rogue dwarf planet named Wormwood. The global catastrophe results in the earthquakes, famines, and plagues everywhere. Thus, Ebola is not a fulfillment of Jesus' prophecy anymore than the 1912 Spanish Flu pandemic or black death of the Middle Ages were. Read on to understand the real global "sign of the end" Jesus and Revelation described... Q. ISIS - "Are they going to take over America or the World or produce the Antichrist?" A. Experts agree that ISIS (or as Obama mysteriously calls it, ISIL) is not an existential threat to the US. It's also not found in Bible prophecy. It may be scary to hear what they are doing and how they are advancing in Iraq and Syria, but we must put it in perspective. This is happening in Islamic countries where they can recruit as they go. They are conquering the destabilized swaths of Islamic land. This is not a formula that is going to work the same in non-Islamic countries as they must leave people behind to run the sharia law government they install. They may pull off some successful terror acts like al-Qaeda did and we will want to pray against that. However, it's not like they are going to take over the non-Muslim world and we can take comfort in that. Read on to find out where ISIS and their end is in Bible prophecy and why the Antichrist won't be ISIS or even Muslim ... Q. Ukraine, Gaza...."Is WWIII Next?" A. As tricky to understand as Matthew 24 is, Jesus' words are very clear about at least one thing. On the topic of "wars and rumors of wars," he said "these things must come, but see that you not be troubled for the end is not yet" (Mt 24:6). Yet, what do so many Christians do when they see wars crop up like this in the news? They get troubled. They wonder if these wars are a sign of the end. If they will lead to WWIII? But they are not. Wars have been with us since Jesus left and will continue until he comes to reign. There is nothing unique about wars. They cannot serve as an end time sign, just as Jesus said. Take Jesus' advice and "see that you are not troubled." WWIII is actually also tied to the global catastrophe mentioned above. It won't happen until conditions are right as provided by the catastrophe. (View my book's timeline to see where WWIII falls on the Revelation Roadmap.)

now the end begins

Now The End Begins The Astonishing Rise Of Satanism In Obama’s America by NTEB News Desk The 'radical change' Obama prepared for the country is taking hold "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." John 8:44 Barack Obama has been the "whatever goes" president. He rules with no authority, encourages through executive orders all manner of gender perversion and sexual confusion, and is actively working against the stated best interests of the United States of America. In this environment, spiritual darkness has found a friend and boon companion to step out of the shadows with. Everywhere you turn in Obama's America, you see the rising tide of darkness and the light growing dimmer and dimmer. Fox to produce show glorifying Lucifer Fox has given a put pilot commitment to Lucifer, based on the property from DC Comics’ Vertigo imprint, EW has confirmed. The one-hour drama stars—you guessed it—Lucifer, who resigns his throne and abandons his kingdom for the gorgeous and shimmering insanity of Los Angeles, where he opens an exclusive piano bar called Lux. fox-to-produce-dc-comics-show-called-lucifer FROM THE UPCOMING FOX NEW SHOW 'LUCIFER' The Satanic Temple to Distribute Educational Religious Materials in Florida Public Schools In response to a recent School Board decision in Orange County, Florida that allows for the dissemination of religious materials in public schools, The Satanic Temple has announced they will follow suit by providing Satanic materials to students during the new school year. Among the materials to be distributed are pamphlets related to the Temple’s tenets, philosophy and practice of Satanism, as well as information about the legal right to practice Satanism in school. Sold out Satanic black mass to debut September 19th The Satanist group that will stage a controversial “black mass” at an Oklahoma City civic center has said that all 88 tickets for its Sept. 21 event are sold out. The co-founder of the group revealed that the ritual will go ahead despite strong Christian protests and will feature a satanic exorcism, but will be “toned down” to comply with state health laws. Why Is The Illuminati All-Seeing Eye Of Horus Suddenly Everywhere You Turn? The answer is surprisingly simple, so simple in fact that it might escape your grasp. We are in the last days, waiting for the return of Jesus Christ to come and get His Church before the start of the Tribulation as he has promised to do. The blessed hope. The Age of Grace, the longest dispensation in the bible, is nearly over. maleficent-walt-disney-satanism-ocult-illuminati-angelina-jolie-evil Since the 1950's, Walk Disney has been the parents entertainment of choice for "wholesome" family fun. But in 2014, movies with the symbols of Baphomet and the Satanic underworld is what is being feed into our children's brains. We are seeing an unprecedented rise in demonic symbols and signs because the Wicked One is about to take the stage. Everywhere you look, there he is. The All-Seeing Eye Of Horus staring back at you from pop soda cans, sporting equipment, movies, television, radio, clothing. Even on the very dollar bill in your pocket. Our money says “In God We Trust”, and you know that’s not true. It’s not even close to true. The things that America truly trusts in – it’s power, might and wealth – are the very things that the bible says is a witness against us in these end times: “Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.” James 5:3 America no longer has God’s blessing. What we have is the leftover vapor trail of God’s blessing on America from previous generations, but we are too stupefied to be able to discern the difference. We’ve become a nation of braying goats eating garbage where there used to be sheep following a Shepard, and drinking from pools of living waters. But no longer.

SWIFT AND SURE JUDGEMENT

Now The End Begins Is Pope Francis Preparing To Declare The ‘Virgin’ Mary To Be 4th Part Of The Trinity? by NTEB News Desk Francis says that our hope is not Jesus, but Mary and Mother Church "The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger." Jeremiah 7:18 Even though they lie and say that they are only "venerating" her, the Roman Catholic Church has since the middle 1800's worshipped Mary from the New Testament. They create idols of her, call her the Queen of Heaven, ascribe all sorts of miracles to her statues and bow down to her in worship. As someone who was raised in the Catholic Church and trained by Jesuits, I can testify that this 100% true. But Pope Francis this past weekend took Mary worship, a sin, to staggering new heights. pope-francis-mother-mary-church-fourth-part-trinity-queen-of-heaven-idol-worship The Truth About The Roman Catholic Church Francis, speaking to mark the occasion of the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows in Casa Santa Marta, said the following: "And this is our hope. We are not orphans, we have Mothers: Mother Mary. But the Church is Mother and the Mother Church is anointed when it takes the same path of Jesus and Mary: the path of obedience, the path of suffering, and when she has that attitude of continually learning the path of the Lord. These two women - Mary and the Church - carry on the hope that is Christ, they give us Christ, they bring forth Christ in us. Without Mary, there would be no Jesus Christ; without the Church, we cannot go forward". Jesus has been demoted to third place behind 'mother' Mary and the 'Holy Mother Church', the Roman Catholic Church. The bible says, however that the "blessed hope" of the Christian is "the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ." Scripture never mentions Mary one time as being the hope of anyone or anything. But if you're a Catholic Francis says that " today we can go forward with a hope: the hope that our Mother Mary, steadfast at the Cross, and our Holy Mother, the hierarchical Church, give us." The position and title that Pope Francis has bestowed on Mary is, by his own words, equal or greater than that of the 2nd part of the Trinity, Jesus Christ. And though he has yet to use the words, he has effectually already placed her status firmly at the Godhead level. Interesting thing, in the book of Revelation and speaking of the Roman Catholic Church, the apostle John writes this about that 'holy mother church': "And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration."Revelation 17:4-6 And that's what God thinks of the "holy Roman Mother Church".

bombers over usa thanks to Obama

n Now The End Begins Putin Sends Twin Russian Nuclear Bombers Over America On Practice Runs by NTEB News Desk Obama's weakness is strengthening the resolve of our enemies against us The policy of America in the post World War II era has always been that our enemies not simply respect us, but fear us as well. American military might has been an incredible deterrent to attacks from those who mean us harm. In the 1970's under Jimmy Carter, our enemies no longer feared us, and as a result we had to suffer through the Iranian Hostage Crisis until Reagan was elected. Then they feared us again. In 2014, the pusillanimous throat-clearings of the community organizer Barack Hussein Obama inspires fear in no one. Only mocking and derisive laughter. Oh, we are still the mightiest military in the world, yes, but our enemies know we won't pull the trigger. Russia knows the cowardice of Obama, and so to drive that point home Putin has started doing the unthinkable. He has begun to send Russian nuclear bombers out on practice attack runs over America's North Atlantic. Obama's response? Nothing. Two Russian strategic bombers conducted practice cruise missile attacks on the United States during a training mission last week that defense officials say appeared timed to the NATO summit in Wales. russia-tu-95-bear-bomber-flights-over-america-training-mission-nuclear-strike The Russian Tu-95 Bear bombers were tracked flying a route across the northern Atlantic near Iceland, Greenland, and Canada’s northeast. Analysis of the flight indicated the aircraft were conducting practice runs to a pre-determined “launch box”—an optimum point for firing nuclear-armed cruise missiles at U.S. targets, said defense officials familiar with intelligence reports. Disclosure of the nuclear bombing practice comes as a Russian general last week called for Moscow to change its doctrine to include preemptive nuclear strikes on the United States and NATO. Gen. Yuri Yakubov, a senior Defense Ministry official, was quoted by the state-run Interfax news agency as saying that Russia’s 2010 military doctrine should be revised to identify the United States and the NATO alliance as enemies, and clearly outline the conditions for a preemptive nuclear strike against them. Yakubov said among other needed doctrinal changes, “it is necessary to hash out the conditions under which Russia could carry out a preemptive strike with the Russian Strategic Rocket Forces”—Moscow’s nuclear forces. The practice bombing runs are the latest in a series of incidents involving threatening Russian bomber flights near the United States. Analysts say the bomber flights are nuclear saber-rattling by Moscow as a result of heightened tensions over the crisis in Ukraine. A spokesman for the U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command declined to comment on the bomber flights in the North Atlantic.

The Approaching Darkness

The Approaching Darkness By Daymond Duck The Tribulation period has many names. Several are found in the disturbing prophecies of Zephaniah: “The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers” (Zeph. 1:14-16). The harshness of this coming day is revealed by five descriptive couplets: 1) Trouble and distress, 2) wasteness and desolation, 3) darkness and gloominess, 4) clouds and thick darkness, and 5) trumpet and alarm. All five couplets are important, but for the purpose of this article, notice the words “darkness” and “thick darkness.” The day of wrath will be a day of darkness that will turn into a day of thick or intense darkness. The prophet Joel saw a plague of locusts in his day that moved his mind forward to this coming day. He said, “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; a day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations” (Joel 2:1-2). Joel is not the only one who said there has never been and never will be another day like it. Daniel and Jesus said the same thing (Dan.12:1; Matt. 24:21). But many Muslims do not understand the severity of this. Some actually want to start a war in the Middle East to trigger the day of the LORD (they call it the day of Islam), because they believe it will hasten the return of their Mahdi (their guided one). They long for his return because they believe he will lead Muslim forces to victory over the West in the Battle of Armageddon (they call it the Mother of all Battles) and speed up the establishment of Islam as the one-world religion and government. But God said, “Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?” (Amos 5:18-20). The Tribulation period will be a day of judgment, not joy. People will flee from one danger and encounter a greater danger. The darkness will be very dark and there will be no light or brightness in it. Some do not believe in the Pre-Trib Rapture, but Paul was writing about the day of the Lord when he said, “But of the times and the seasons, bretheren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they [the unbelievers] shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them [the unbelievers], as travail upon a woman with child; and they [the unbelievers] shall not escape. But ye, brethren [believers], are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye [believers] are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us [believers] to wrath (the Tribulation period is a day of wrath; see Zeph. 1:14 above), but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thess. 5:2-9). This day of darkness (the Tribulation period) will begin when the Antichrist confirms a covenant with “many” for seven-years of peace in the Middle East (Dan. 9:27a). Unbelievers will quickly proclaim “peace and safety” and sudden destruction will come upon them (1 Thess. 5:3). The Antichrist will establish an office in Israel for himself and some of his international troops (Dan.11:45). That is where he will be when he meets his end at the Second Coming of Jesus (Rev. 19:19-20; also read Rev. 8:12-13). Now, recall that Israel and Hamas were at war for seven weeks during July and August 2014. During this time, “many” called for a ceasefire (Egypt, Jordan, England, France, Germany, the U.S., the 16-nation UN Security Council and others) and there were twelve ceasefires with Hamas breaking the first eleven. This “many” used terms such as “sustainable ceasefire,” “lasting ceasefire,” “a long-term ceasefire,” “talks on a final Israeli-PA peace deal,” “a durable peace,” etc. Some even demanded a ceasefire. It was even reported that the PA plans to ask the UN Security Council to draw up proposal to resolve the conflict (propose a seven-year ceasefire or peace treaty???), set a date for its implementation and enforce it by sending international troops to Israel (see Dan. 11:45 above). U.S. Sec. of State John Kerry even tweeted that Israel needs “peace and security” a phrase that means “peace and safety” (see 1 Thess. 5:3 above). And it was reported that the UN is ready to force a resolution based on the two-state solution (the division of Israel, Jerusalem, etc.) on the two parties and compel them to abide by it (trouble for Israel; Zeph. 1:15 and Dan. 12:1 above; Jer. 30:7). In the coming weeks (some say over the next four months), the U.S. is to consolidate all of these ceasefire and peace treaty demands into one document to be discussed, voted on and enforced by the UN. Of course, Pres. Obama claims to have Israel’s back, but, to put it mildly, many people don’t trust him. I don’t know what will be in the combined document of the “many” that Pres. Obama will come up with (It may have a time factor of seven-years and it may not), but I know that there will be a seven-year ceasefire in the future and things are definitely moving in that direction. But even if Pres. Obama draws up a seven-year ceasefire, the Tribulation period won’t begin until the Antichrist confirms it. And just to be clear, I believe the Rapture and several wars must take place first (Psa. 83; Isa. 17; Ezek. 38-39). Anyway, the day of darkness won’t overtake believers (1 Thess.5:4). God’s day children (1 Thess.5:5) could soon leave, the sun could set soon and what appears to be the approaching darkness will be thick and very dark. But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. fools

Romans 1:20.....For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Romans 1:21.....Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Now The End Begins

New post on Now The End Begins Pope Francis Commits Blasphemy As He Says We Become Christians Through Mary by NTEB News Desk Pope Francis is the false prophet from Revelation "Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" Colossians 1:12-14 Pope Francis made not one, but two jaw-dropping statements today regarding bible doctrine and the teachings of the Catholic Church. In his first unbiblical remark, he stated that "the Christian who does not feel that Mary is his or her mother is and orphan." pope-francis-says-without-virgin-mary-christians-are-orphans-antichrist-false-prophet-catholic-church-pagan-religion According to the Catholic News Agency, he also urged the crowds to seek the intercession of Mary, and pray that they can “learn from her that tenderness which allows us to be witnesses of maternity of the Church.” Wow, seriously? I thought Pope were infallible when they spoke on matters of doctrine. Guess not. This is what the bible says about our sonship with the Father: "Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved." Ephesians 1:5,6 You will note that when we becomes sons of God, it is through Jesus Christ and no one else. Mary is not even listen in the equation. If you have been "adopted through Mary", you are not even in God's Family. But the second thing Francis said is literally mind-blowing. He said that we becomes Christians through the intercession of Mary! “In our catecheses, we have often noted that we do not become a Christian on our own, but by being born and nurtured in the faith in the midst of the People of God, that is the Church,” he stated. “She is a true mother who gives us life in Christ, and in the communion of the Holy Spirit, brings us into a common life with our brothers and sisters.” “The model of motherhood for the Church is the Blessed Virgin Mary, who in the fullness of time conceived through the Holy Spirit and gave birth to the Son of God,” Pope Francis continued. “Her motherhood continues through the Church, who brings forth sons and daughters through baptism, whom she nourishes through the word of God.” Please read and reread the Pope's statements, for they are Satanic and demonically inspired. Pope Francis teaching that we are born again through the "redeeming work of Mary" is not just "bad theology", it is a teaching that if applied to your life will damn you to HELL for all eternity. Mary saves no one,not even herself. Salvation is in Jesus Christ, and in Him alone. Anything else, plus or minus, is not salvation and it is not bible. Beware the Pope's doctrine of demons, it's deadly.

New post on Now The End Begins

New post on Now The End Begins Muslim Terrorists Steal 11 Commercial Airliners As 13th Anniversary Of 9/11 Looms by NTEB News Desk Airports round the world will be placed on high alert following plane seizures US President and Sunni Muslim Barack Hussein has sent a message around the globe that has been fully received by Islamic terrorists everywhere, and that message is this: "The United States of America will not offer you, Sharia Islam, any meaningful resistance of any kind. You are free to murder, rape, kill, destroy and pillage as you see fit. We are not concerned with attacks on our embassies, or with the beheadings of America citizens. Do as thou wilt" - Barack Obama, Golfer-in-chief and Community Organizer Islamist militias in Libya took control of nearly a dozen commercial jetliners last month, and western intelligence agencies recently issued a warning that the jets could be used in terrorist attacks across North Africa. muslim-islamic-terrorists-libya-seize-11-commercial-airliners-on-911-anniversary Waiting for the planes to start falling from the sky...again. Intelligence reports of the stolen jetliners were distributed within the U.S. government over the past two weeks and included a warning that one or more of the aircraft could be used in an attack later this month on the date marking the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against New York and Washington, said U.S. officials familiar with the reports. “There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.” The official said the aircraft are a serious counter-terrorism concern because reports of terrorist control over the Libyan airliners come three weeks before the 13th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and the second anniversary of the Libyan terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi. Four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were killed in the Benghazi attack, which the Obama administration initially said was the result of a spontaneous demonstration against an anti-Muslim video.
